Empire Investment was set up originally to buy properties in Bosnia & Herzegovina. It wasn't long before we discovered that we are setting on a gold mine of natural resources and investment potentials.

Over the past 7 years, we have accumulated huge data on opportunities and existing businesses with success records, and have assembled a wide range of possibilities of acquisitions, joint ventures, takeovers, or even new start-ups.

Using our investment know-how, with particular strength in setting up funds and special purpose vehicle companies; we aim to attract foreign investment to BiH while it is still largely affordable and "under the radar".

Empire Investment is both a consultancy house, and a holding entity;  introducing foreign investors to business opportunities, and enabling them to buy property, set up businesses, acquire businesses, joint ventures, and develop projects in Bosnia i Herzegovina and the Balkans.

What We Do

Real Estate: With membership in the EU in sight, and with record of property prices boom in neighbouring countries-real estate remains one of the most profitable and surest investments. Empire has already acquired a number of properties for resale or development.

Real Estate Brokerage: Empire can locate, verify documentation, and help you purchase your own peoperty in Bosnia & Herzagovina. If it is a pieace of land, a villa, and apartment, or property for development, we will give you a huge selection to choose from, and strive to conclude the best deal on your behalf.

Real Estate and Property Development: We buy lands, acquire new use permits., and add value by parcelling the land, or developing the site. We also locate incomplete properties and finish them to the level that our clients want; saving them lots of money they would otherwise spend on finished properties.

Water: Empire has ownership of fresh spring water, a river and a property on the largest lake in the Balkans. Initial tests show that the water is of excellent quality, and by 2016, we will be bottling our own water.
